Late check-out (after 10:00 AM and before 4:00 PM) may result in a fee.

Full Charge - Full Deposit - If canceled within 4 days of arrival

Partial Charge - 50% of Deposit - If canceled within 14 days of arrival

No Charge - If canceled within 15 days of arrival


Terms and Conditions

The Anna Maria Motel Resort welcomes you to our charming 9 unit accommodations at exclusive Bean Point on Anna Maria Island! Our goal is for you to enjoy your stay on the island and we are here to help in any way we can. As a small family resort, we are adversely affected when guests cancel bookings with limited or no notice. Such cancellations often cause our rooms to remain vacant last minute, even during very busy periods. We appreciate your understanding and acceptance of our policies.

  • Check in/check out:  Guests may check in at 3:00 p.m. and check out promptly by 10:00 a.m. to allow our staff adequate time to prepare for the next guest.
  • Late check out: Late check out is offered when available. Late check out time will be 4:00 p.m. and will be assessed a flat $75 fee.
  • Deposit and Confirmation of Stay: Your credit card will be charged a deposit of your first night (plus taxes and fees) to confirm your stay.
  • Short Stays: short stays may be available depending on occupancy. Short stays are defined as less than the required seasonal length of stay. Please call us to discuss the availability of a short stay (941) 778-1269.
  • No Shows: Clients who do not arrive for their booking will be charged 50% of their entire booking, including taxes and fees AND the room will be available for other bookings.
  • Cancellation of Your Stay: Cancellation fees are as follows: 14 or more days prior to arrival, full refund of deposit. 5-13 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit will be refunded. 0-4 days prior to arrival, deposit will not be refunded.
  • Guest Policy: The amenities of the resort are for the exclusive use of our registered guests. Non-registered guests are allowed on-site with prior approval. Guest visitors may not use the pool or other guest amenities. Parking is not available for guest visitors. We do not accept reservations from persons under the age of 22 years of age.
  • Noise Ordinance of Anna Maria:  The City of Anna Maria does have a noise ordinance. Loud music, loud sounds, loud pool play is not allowed after 10:00 p.m. Link: https://www.cityofannamaria.com/departments/law_enforcement_(mcso)/noise_ordinances.php
  • Smoking Policy: No smoking allowed within our units. $200 fee for smoking in any room.
  • Pet Policy: Guests to confirm number and breed of pets upon booking. A maximum of two pets is allowed per room in units 1-5 (The Snook, Mullet, Pompano, Flounder, and Mackerel rooms). The only pets allowed are cats and dogs with a weight limit of 40 pounds per animal. Pets must be fully trained and restrained by guest at all times. Pet must be kept on a leash when on resort property outside of the guests room. Pet must be in a kennel if guests leaves the room. Pet must be up to date on vaccinations. Guest is responsible for cleaning up after the pet on hotel grounds and properly disposing of waste in the resort dumpster. If animal has excessive barking, the guest may be asked to leave. Guests are responsible for all property damage and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. The resort reserve the right to charge the guests account commensurate with the costs of any repairs or cleaning fees. A fee of $15 per animal per day will be added to your daily charges.
  • Cleaning Fee: A one-time cleaning fee will be charged to each reservation. Daily housekeeping is not available. Guests can exchange used towels for fresh towels at the front desk.
  • Parking: One parking space is available per room.
  • Damages: Any damage incurred during stay will be charged to credit card on file of the guest.
  • Extended stay discounts: A discount of 10% will be given for stays greater than 14 days the months of February, March, and April. A discount of 10% will be given for stays greater than 7 days for the months of January, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, and December. The discount will be applied at time of check out.
